Thanks for posting this on the forum!

You have a couple options:
1. If you create a 3D rotational image in some other tool, you could bring that in using an IFrame (Web Object).
2. You could create a slider that shows different images (or layers) that simulate rotation - https://share.smartbuilder.com/public/support/individual/2021-05-19-aimee-3d-image-rotation.mp4
