Navdeep Dhillon | Hi Scott, The usual workflow that we imagine for translations is the lesson is created in the source language, and reviewed and finalized. And then the lesson is copied to create another version for translation, the text is exported, translated, and imported back in. So at that translation stage, in the exported text (using Word or XLIFF) that's usually when you would copy and paste or run a Find and Replace to translate repeated things all at once.
If you're not already exporting the text to translate it, it might be a good time to do that.
