if you rename a page, that renaming is not carried into any actions where that page name is used. e.g if you have an prior action 'go to page y' and then you rename page y to page x, you have to go back to that action and rename the page in there as well.

We implemented an enhancement to auto update actions when page names change, but have removed it because it can lead to side-effects where actions are  changed unintentioanlly. We have placed an enhancement on the backlog to deal with this by adding a dropdown list for selecting page names for the goto page method.
