I can't see any action available for it.

We have some new features that are due out in next release (should be in the next couple weeks) that might help with this logic, specifically a block that can tell the tell you how many options have been selected in a Checkbox group. So you might want to wait for that.

Currently you would have to create a series of conditions to manually check and see if each option is selected and add that to a variable. It'll be much easier if you can wait for the update.
