For example, after user click on layer, I need to put fade effect on title and body text and then 2 images appear(one after another).

Excellent quesiton, thanks for posting it here. Here's a walkthrough on how to do animations using actions, which makes more sense in this sort of scenario where you have multiple layers each with its own animations (as opposed to one singular animation on a page, where the Timeline might make more sense).

If you had a TON of layers on a single page (7 or more), and they all behaved the same (Title, Body, Image 1, then Image 2), you might try something else with tag lists to get this to be more efficient.
