Just posting a lesson learned.

I am new to SmartBuilder and was having difficulty inserting a working video file.

After selecting my existing MP4 files, the selection would not properly link, embed, or play.

I tried using the Web Object and Video objects with similar bad luck.

After Live Chatting with support, it was suggested that I attempt to re-encode my existing MP4 files using a free application called HandBrake.

That solved the problem.

I can now simply use the Video object to select, embed, and play my video content.

Hope this helps someone else.
