How to solve this error?

Hi SB Team,
 Smart builder 4 software is not open when I will open the software the "log file" is created automatically and show the error message This- "An error occurs. See the log file" I will do everything to restart my computer and open and close software many times. But still, the software is not open. I can attach the screenshot of the error message please see that and I hope you help me. And reply as soon as possible...

Hi Ashish,

Please go find the log file in the location shown in that popup window (C:\Users\aczl\.smartbuilder\workspace-axon\.metadata ) and email the .log file to support@smartbuilder.com.
After emailing the log file, go ahead and delete the workspace-axon folder and then try to launch SmartBuilder. Let us know if you are able to do so.

Lastly, do you recall seeing any abnormal behavior or error messages prior to the problem you had with launching SmartBuilder?
