Hyperlinks on text objects have no stage indication that it is a hyperlink.

Objects: Text Objects and Hyperlinks

Description:
In most authoring environments, including in SB 3, when a hyperlink is added to text, the text is updated to change its color to blue and add an underline. In SB4, the text remains the same as it was before the hyperlink was created with no color change or underlining. This means that there is no indication on the stage that the text is a hyperlink unless the author manually formats the text. The only means to tell if the text has a hyperlink is to click on it and look to see if the hyperlink object is selected.

Desired Result:
When a hyperlink is attached to a text object, the text should change to the standard blue and have an underline. The author can then change the formatting if desired.
