The training I created features illustrative, doodle-style videos with voiceover narration. To make the compliance content more engaging, we added light background music to each video. The music is set at a low volume and doesn’t interfere with the narration.However, we recently received feedback that for learners who don’t speak English as their first language, even the low-volume music can be distracting.With that in mind, is there a way to upload MP4 videos and provide an option to toggle the background music on or off—either through separate audio tracks or another method?

My first thought is to remove the background music from the MP4s entirely, and instead create a master that has an Audio object that contains the background music and have it loop. Then you can put the controls for the background music (either a Player Bar object and link it to that audio, or your own buttons that simply toggle that audio on and off [play/pause]). See image. 

This also means that your background audio will play throughout the lesson (on any pages that have this Master), and even between page loads!
