They have tested a previous training of ours several months back and the bookmarking was working just fine. I can&amp;#039;t think of any differences between the two; however, I did revert the bookmarking to its normal operation as we made some changes a while back that would prevent the bookmarking from working if they went past a certain page (in this case, the slide before the exam starts). I have tested the training and the bookmarking is working as intended on my end, including on other test accounts, so I&amp;#039;m confused on why the issue is occuring for the other person. Once they complete a chapter, they can go back to the previous chapter if they want, but still cannot go forward until they watch the full video content. If a user completes the course, I want them to be able to click on any chapter in the menu without having to go through each chapter again to get to the one they want.
