Bookmarking

Hello team,

One of our trainings is currently under review for state approval and for some reason, the bookmarking is not working on their end. They have tested a previous training of ours several months back and the bookmarking was working just fine. I can't think of any differences between the two; however, I did revert the bookmarking to its normal operation as we made some changes a while back that would prevent the bookmarking from working if they went past a certain page (in this case, the slide before the exam starts). I have tested the training and the bookmarking is working as intended on my end, including on other test accounts, so I'm confused on why the issue is occuring for the other person. Background Music enable/disable?

The training I created features illustrative, doodle-style videos with voiceover narration. To make the compliance content more engaging, we added light background music to each video. The music is set at a low volume and doesn’t interfere with the narration.However, we recently received feedback that for learners who don’t speak English as their first language, even the low-volume music can be distracting.With that in mind, is there a way to upload MP4 videos and provide an option to toggle the background music on or off—either through separate audio tracks or another method?

Thank you! I was aiming to do it from the video as you mentioned later in the clip but I don't think it will be a concern for those who want the captions to turn them on for each video.

I'm wondering if the process is the same when using .vtt files instead of a button? I watchd the video you provided but it didn't seem correct when using the files instead of a button. Thanks!

Is there a way to avoid showing the topics to review if the user passes the test, even if they missed some questions? In my case, the learner must earn a 70% to pass (28/40 questions). Thank you again!

Hello,

My course has a 40-multiple-choice questoin test at the end. As part of the standards I must follow to maintain accreditation, I'm unable to show users their responses as it could compromise test security in that others could create a key and post it online. Thus, I'm wondering if there is a way to show the user the topics/modules that they need to review based on the questions they got wrong if they fail the test.

Thank you for your reply! I attached a screen recording that will hopefully provide more context. You can see from the video that when I answer a question and then click the back button, I'm brought to a completely different question than the previous one. Ideally, the user could go back to the question they just answered in case they wanted to change it.

Is there a way to allow the learner to go back to a previous question in a set of questions using the randomized quiz controller? Currently, when I click the back button, I'm brought to a different question, not the question that was previously shown/answered. Thanks!

For some reason, the navigation on the final page/chapter for the learner to go to the next page is enabled (white) instead of grayed out. Is there a way to change this but still allow the back arrow to be enabled?

Hello,

I currently have a menu that prevents users from clicking to the next chapter. Once they complete a chapter, they can go back to the previous chapter if they want, but still cannot go forward until they watch the full video content. If a user completes the course, I want them to be able to click on any chapter in the menu without having to go through each chapter again to get to the one they want. Thus, is there a way to allow users to jump around the course via the menu once they complete the course and then choose to go back?
