Hi Gavin,
How is this user testing the lesson from an LMS? From a SmartTracker link? Do they login to either? Just a simple URL?

How is the bookmark not working? I assume when they get through part of the lesson, close and then re-open, they do not get a popup asking if they'd like to return to the bookmark? Or is the bookmark popup shown, but incorrect?

Ideally we would get access to the test environment / link you are sharing with the reviewer. Perhaps even the same login? Right now we don't have info to even speculate what the issue may be. I'd suggest you email us with the link / some login info so we can get a better idea, we can try to narrow down if it's a user issue or a delivery issue, and then we can post back here on the forum when we figure out a resolution.

Bookmarking

Hello team,

One of our trainings is currently under review for state approval and for some reason, the bookmarking is not working on their end. They have tested a previous training of ours several months back and the bookmarking was working just fine. I can't think of any differences between the two; however, I did revert the bookmarking to its normal operation as we made some changes a while back that would prevent the bookmarking from working if they went past a certain page (in this case, the slide before the exam starts). I have tested the training and the bookmarking is working as intended on my end, including on other test accounts, so I'm confused on why the issue is occuring for the other person. I did upload the source file using the secure file upload. Thanks!
