I was trying to you the in built templates within SB. What is the difference between the Resources Layer vs Help Layer. What purpose does the Resources Layer serve vs Help Layer. I am trying to understand what is the kind of content that goes into the Resources layer vs Help layer

Those are just placeholders. In my mind, "Resources" are things like PDFs or links to reference pages or glossaries. "Help" is generally about how to use the lesson.

They're completely optional, and most lessons don't need both. If you want to remove one or both, the easiest way is to make the button Not Start Visible (in the Properties), and move it off screen (the template won't let you delete it). Without access to the button, the layer will never be shown, so you can just ignore it.
