Objects: Text  and Rich Text Enhancement Request

Request:
I would like to see both the Text and Rich Text objects have the same property options that are currently available in version 3 such as Fill Check box and color selector, border color check box and color selector, etc.

As requested, Text and Rich Text have been enhanced to include Line Width, Line Color, Background and Background Color Properties.
